Since September 15, the vaccination passport is mandatory. The grace period is over and we need to apply the rule to the letter. The rule is clear, you need your QR code and ID to enter a place like the Sportplexe.
Unfortunately, it often happens that people show up without a QR code or without their identification document. Some people lose patience and behave inappropriately with young employees at the door. We don’t do this for fun, we do it because we have no choice. It’s better than being closed again.
So to all users, coaches, organizers, managers, etc … We ask you to come prepared, with QR codes, IDs, even lists of players can help that you can send to the local association. It’s a collaborative effort that we need to do together to have a 2021-2022 ice sports season.
And please, insults to employees in their early twenties, it must stop. In the midst of a labor shortage, we are fortunate to have young adults working to help us provide a season for everyone. Appreciate the fact that they are at the station and you can go out on the ice.

Reminder of the rules for the vaccination passport
- QR code with the VaxiCode app
- ID without photo for 13 to 15 years old and 75 years old and more
- ID with photo for 16 years old and more.
- There is a delay after your second dose for the Vaxicode to turn green. It supposed to be about 7 days. Please check your Vaxicode before coming.
- Nobody can come 1 hour before their ice time. Our protocols says 20 minutes before. We do some exceptions for goalies by giving them a couple minutes more.
- Spectators must be seated in the stands
